Through it, the human being will first be made healthy, and then peace of mind and joy in life will be increased."
~Dr Mikao Usui

The Path of Light: A Complete Journey through Usui Reiki
The Path of Light: A Complete Journey Through Usui Reiki is a heartfelt guide to the sacred practice of Usui Reiki and a journey of healing, self-discovery and spiritual awakening. Written with devotion and deep respect for the Reiki lineage, it offers practical guidance and compassionate support for those seeking greater balance, clarity and connection.
Reiki entered Vash Narain-Kerr's life through her late father, a gentle and deeply spiritual man whose wisdom profoundly shaped her path. Through his influence, she came to understand that true healing extends beyond technique and flows through intention, love, presence and connection.
Drawing on decades of experience as a Usui Reiki Master and Teacher, Vash shares teachings, insights and practical techniques for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Rooted in the teachings of Mikao Usui while embracing intuitive and spiritual growth, the book presents Reiki as both a healing modality and a way of life.
The Path of Light invites readers to deepen their practice, restore their spirit and walk a more conscious, heart-centred path.
